To be included in our vendor list, please send a cover letter introducing your company along with a corporate capability brochure. These materials are then distributed to the appropriate in-house personnel. The letter and brochure are also kept in the vendor library that MBCR maintains for future procurement opportunities.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
The Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company (MBCR), a transportation partnership of Veolia Transportation North America, Bombardier Transportation and Alternate Concepts Inc., is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in conducting business, including the procurement of goods and services.
