Applicants may apply online or stop by our offices during our regular business hours 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
Once you have applied for a posted position, you may be required to take a skills assessment test. If successful, you may be asked to interview for the position. Interviews are conducted by the recruiter and the hiring manager.
MBCR requires that all candidates for employment pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. In addition, some positions require a pre-employment physical exam which could include a vision and hearing test. MBCR conducts background checks on all candidates for employment, including a criminal history record check.
For the safety of our passengers, employees and the public, MBCR is a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace. Most positions are subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
The Employment process can vary and can take from 2 to 6 weeks to complete.
