Richard Davey, General Manager |
 |
As General Manager,
Richard Davey is General Manager of the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Rail
Company. As General Manager, he provides strategic direction to the operating
and support departments while overseeing the
day-to-day operations of the company. A
member of the senior management team since 2003, Mr. Davey formerly served as
MBCR's Deputy General Manager and General Counsel, overseeing MBCR's legal
affairs, government relations and communications functions.

Gillian Wood, Chief Customer Service Officer |

As Chief Customer Service Officer, Gill is
responsible for all Customer Service functions at MBCR including service design
and evaluation, customer communications and special event management. Gill
has been with MBCR since 2003 and brings 25 years of passenger rail experience
from her native England. |
| Stephen Urban,
Chief Transportation Officer |
 |
As Chief Transportation Officer, Steve is
responsible for all aspects of daily train movements including the safety of our
passengers, dispatching and fleet deployment. Steve coordinates operations
with Amtrak and other railroads operating in our service area. Steve has
worked in the railroad industry for over 33 years, beginning his career with the
Penn Central Railroad in 1972, then moving on to Conrail and Amtrak. Steve
joined MBCR in 2003. |
