James F. O'Leary is a founding partner of
Alternate Concepts, Inc., a successful Boston-based transportation company. ACI,
founded in 1989, is the owner of Paul Revere Transportation, LLC, which with
over 500 employees, is one of the largest private bus operators in the United
States. ACI also operates and maintains the Tren Urbano subway system in San
Juan, Puerto Rico. ACI is responsible for operations and maintenance of the
system, including security, revenue collection, and maintenance of
state-of-the-art vehicles and systems. In 2008, ACI will begin the operation and
maintenance of the new-start Phoenix light rail system. ACI is one of the three
parent companies of MBCR. |
Richard Davey, Deputy General Manager |

As Deputy General Manager,
Rich Davey actively participates in the day-to-day operations of the company and
provides management, support and strategic direction to the operating
departments. He also serves as General Counsel, overseeing MBCR's legal
affairs, government relations and communications functions.
Prior to joining MBCR, Rich was an attorney with the law
firm of Schulte, Roth & Zabel of New York City, New York and served as an
Assistant District Counsel for the United States Department of Justice, INS
Division. |
Gillian Wood, Chief Customer Service Officer |

As Chief Customer Service Officer, Gill is
responsible for all Customer Service functions at MBCR including service design
and evaluation, customer communications and special event management. Gill
has been with MBCR since 2003 and brings 25 years of passenger rail experience
from her native England. |

| Stephen Urban,
Chief Transportation Officer |

As Chief Transportation Officer, Steve is
responsible for all aspects of daily train movements including the safety of our
passengers, dispatching and fleet deployment. Steve coordinates operations
with Amtrak and other railroads operating in our service area. Steve has
worked in the railroad industry for over 33 years, beginning his career with the
Penn Central Railroad in 1972, then moving on to Conrail and Amtrak. Steve
joined MBCR in 2003. |
